My fellow Americans, "the right to keep and bear arms," is the second amendment to the United States Constitution. But many today, if allowed, would strip away that right. While others refuse to believe we have the right to be armed. What do you think? Maybe the anti-gun opponents are having (intentional) selective memory?

Many felt that the U.N. control of Americans’ guns seemed far-fetched and improbable in the early 1960s. But in a 20-page State Department pamphlet titled "Freedom From War: The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful Word" proves the future gun-control plot has been planned for a long time.
The U.S. has provided more than $27 million to help various nations destroy surplus stockpiles of small arms, light weapons, and offers regular technical assistance according to the State Department.

At that time, Wayne LaPierre and Rebecca Peters had debated in England about the arms issue. One of the listeners had made a video of this particular debate available to me. Not only was it enlightening, and informative–it was downright scary!
Billionaire George Soros, is an atheist and claims he is the anti-Christ. Soros is working through the U.N. to negotiate a treaty that will ban private ownership of firearms on a worldwide basis, says National Rifle Association spokesman Wayne LaPierre.
Addressing the annual SAFE: Right to Carry Conference in New York in 2004, LaPierre warned: "The U.N. is, I believe, the major threat that we’re going to be dealing with. Under the umbrella of the United Nations, there are now more than 500 of these organizations working day and night trying to ban civilian ownership of firearms" he explained.

Rebecca Peters is working to capitalize on the success of her gun banning campaign in Australia, where firearms possession is now illegal, and crime is going through the roof, up about 37%-- according to the 2004-figures. Since England’s gun law engineered by the same Rebecca Peters went into effect, their crime rate has gone up 50%. Is it clear to you that when you disarm the people, the criminals have nothing to fear?
Peters is such an anti-gun zealot that she even argues that the police should be disarmed. "When police carry guns, that motivates criminals to carry guns," she complained recently, according to LaPierre.
Can’t you just see the police arriving at an armed robbery with no weapons (not even a water pistol) to tell armed criminals they are under arrest? Just how absurd is this? What if Peters was the one being victimized by an assailant with a gun?
My guess is she would be dancing a different tune then!

Brittany McComb, Valedictorian, of Foothills High School, Henderson, Nevada, graduated with a 4.7 GPA. She opened her speech with: "I went through four years of school at Foothills and they taught me logic, and they taught me freedom of speech," McComb added. "God’s the biggest part of my life. Just like other valedictorians thank their parents, I wanted to thank my Lord and Savior."
I think this is terrific!. . . goes along with the religious aspect of the first amendment, in my opinion. See if you agree: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech.
Seems crystal clear to me! However, the school officials in consultation with the godless ACLU censored Brittany from exercising her freedom of speech rights.
In the 750-word unedited version of McComb’s speech, she made two references to the Lord, nine of God, and one of Christ. This took up only .0133% of Brittany’s speech!
In the version approved by school officials, six of those words were omitted along with two Biblical references. Also deleted from her speech was a reference to God’s Love being so great that He gave His only Son to suffer an excruciating death in order to cover everyone’s shortcomings and forge a path to heaven.
The left-winged liberals holler like a stuck hog at the very idea of censorship, yet they protect pornographers under the first amendment. But let someone who is a Christian try to make a 750 word speech with a few references to Christ, God, and the Bible-- and they show their (unadulterated) evil side.
It is my opinion if Patrick Henry were alive today, he would admonish those who silenced Brittany’s mike. Patrick Henry said "America was founded on the Gospel of Jesus Christ!"
Brittany was determined to tell her classmates and audience how she truly felt in her mind and heart! She tried, but before she could get to the word in her speech that meant the most to her – Christ – her microphone went dead! What do you think about that? The crowd didn’t like it at all! Decent God fearing Americans didn’t like how Brittany was treated either. But where are the 86% of Americans who call themselves Christians? We need to demand that Congress and the Senate pass a bill with the President signing the bill into law, granting the United States Citizens full exercise thereof, to express their freedom of religion without intolerance or interference.
If Brittany had wanted to extol "Abortion" that would have been just fine! If she had told the audience that kindergarten children as young as five-years-old should be taught that Homosexuality is genetic, normal, just another way of life, probably no one would have objected. Or if she had talked favorably about how schools should teach sex education and where to get free condoms-- Planned Parenthood and the ACLU would have given her a standing ovation.
Brittany will study journalism at Biola University, a private Christian school in La Mirada, California. I predict she will be a GREAT journalist! The world needs more like her. God bless you Brittany!
Why do we tolerate left-winged liberal (godless) organizations like the Atheists, ACLU, GLAD (Gays Lesbians Advocates and Defenders) who brought the lawsuit resulting in the erroneous ruling on Same Sex Marriage, in Massachusetts? They have accomplished evil deeds through the court system that would have been impossible through the legislature. This is a very good reason for you to join me in the battle for a constitutional amendment "eliminating the power of judges to declare a law unconstitutional." The voters should decide this hot-button issue. I’m tired of the 2% of heathens in this country using the courts to force us to give up our freedoms!
You need to get in the battle! We can win! It is my opinion that Brittany should be allowed Prime Time on National T.V. to give her entire speech! I’d love to see and hear her. Everybody should admire this young lady for her determination to thank God openly for what He has done in her life. It was a sad day–not only for Brittany, but for all Christians in America.
